Supervisory Development and Administrative Professional Diplomas

We offer accredited diplomas recognized Canadian wide with candidatesand active members from Nunavut, the western provinces and all across Atlantic Canada.

Think Training is a licensed provider of Continuing Education Units. We offer accredited diplomas in the following two disciplines:

Diploma Program in Supervisory Development

The Diploma Program requires 9 days of supervisory training. The workshops are: - The Professional Supervisor - Managing Employee Performance - Understanding Projects

Diploma Program for Administrative Professional

If you are working in a critical support position, as a team leader, an office manager or an administrative assistant, if you are interacting with management and employees in a position of some authority, this diploma program can help you tackle the world.

There are now three mandatory (Updated 2011) workshop:

1. The Administrative Leader - two day workshop
2. Communicating for Results - two day workshop
3. Supervisory for the Non Supervisor (previously called the ABC's of Suupervisor Others) - two day workshop

For a total of 6 mandatory training days.
