What is bullying? Whose issue is it?
Workplace bullying, like childhood bullying, is the tendency of individuals or groups to use persistent aggressive or unreasonable behaviour against a co-worker or subordinate. The Bullying course will give you information on how to recognize when bullying is happening and who to go to with concerns.
Side effects and costs of bullying
There are many after effects of bullying, whether physical or mental. It can cause stress, anxiety, etc. The Bullying course will make you aware of the effects bullying has on us mentally and physically.

If you or someone you know is being bullied it is important to tell someone. Chances are, you aren't the only one who is dealing with a bully in your workplace. The Bullying course will give you some information about what to do if you or someone you know is being bullied.

As a manager you should always be aware of the chance of having a workplace bully in your organization. You should make it known to all of your employees that they can come to you if they need help. It's extremely important for every organization to make it very clear that they will not accept any type of bullying in the workplace.
